Gambit qualifies for IEM Katowice
The Russian side won their match against mousesports.
Gambit continues to impress and delivered another fine performance Tuesday evening against mousesports.
Both teams had won their opening match at IEM Katowice Play-in and could qualify for the main tournament with a win.
On Dust2 the Baltic duo from mousesports, Bymas, and ropz, took control of the match and helped their team to a convincing 16-11 win. But on Inferno, the Russians picked up the pace on their T-side and ended the map by running over their opponent. A deadly trio of Hobbit, Ax1Le, and sh1ro gave mousesports huge problems.
The momentum continued on Vertigo. After a 9-6 lead at halftime, Gambit never looked back. They won all of the seven rounds on their T-side annihilating mousesports.
Gambit is now through to the main tournament at IEM Katowice, while mousesports will face the winner of Wisla Krakow/Complexity for a spot in the main tournament.
