SOURCES: G2 EYEING KASSAD AS NEW COACH

The French team is close to signing a new coach Aleksander "Kassad" Trifunovic.

G2 recently removed their old coach XTQZZZ a couple of weeks back, after the team fell short of qualifying for the IEM Rio Major. The French powerhouse G2 now has its eyes on Kassad as their new replacement for XTQZZZ.

The rumors started back in early November as G2 found themself without a coach. The interest started from within the organization. Kassad was earlier in his career coaching teams such as Valiance, 100 Thieves, Cloud9, EXTREMUM, and Mousesports.

Will Kassad be the next G2 coach, for now, we need to wait and see what chances there will be in the G2 lineup.

G2 will need to find a coach or a stand-in coach before the BLAST Premier fall Final from 23-27 November.
