Xyp9x indicates potential Astralis exit: I think now is a great opportunity to look around
Are the dominant Danes losing another one of their iconic members?
Astralis may have to do without their loyal servant Andreas “Xyp9x” Højsleth in the future, as the 25-year-old Dane reveals that he’s considering other options in his career.
In an interview with Dexerto, Xyp9x explains that his contract with Astralis expires at the end of this year, alongside his teammates Peter “dupreeh” Rasmussen and Emil “Magisk” Reif.
I love Astralis, but I think now is a great opportunity to look around, see my options, and see what the future brings. There have been some talks with Astralis but nothing is set in stone. Everything is up in the air, he told Dexerto.

Xyp9x, who is dubbed as the "Clutch Minister", has played for Astralis since the very beginning of the organization. He joined the iconic team in 2016 together with dupreeh and Nicolai "dev1ce" Reedtz, with dupreeh looking to be the only original member if Xyp9x decides to leave. Astralis is yet to make a public statement about the situation.
