Last Chance! One EU spot left at RMR
Astralis, BetBoom, GamerLegion, and Fnatic are among the teams fighting for a spot at the Copenhagen Major.
Six teams are left in the battle for the one remaining spot for the PGL Copenhagen Major in March. The highest-ranked team left in the gauntlet is Astralis, who will undeniably have the biggest pressure to qualify for the Major on home turf.
Today the six teams go head-to-head in the three matches. The three winners advance to Saturday, where the team with the highest Buchholz score will be seeded directly in the final of the qualifier, while the other two teams will play a 3rd place decider early in the day.
Today’s schedule: (CET)
12.00: 9 Pandas – Astralis
15.00: BetBoom – Guild Eagles
18.00: Fnatic – GamerLegion
Saturday schedule:
12.00: Semi-Final
15.00: Final
Who will be seeded on Saturday?
If Fnatic wins their match against GamerLegion, they will be seeded. If not, there is a variety of possibilities:
9 Pandas will be seeded if they win regardless of Guild Eagles vs. BetBoom.
If Fnatic and 9 Pandas lose, Guild Eagles will be seeded if they win.
The only case where Astralis will be seeded is if GamerLegion, BetBoom, and Astralis win their respective matches.
Neither GamerLegion nor BetBoom can be seeded.
