Vitality and Heroic ready for Grand Final in Washington
Both teams had to go through three maps to secure the Grand Final spot.
The first half of the season will end with a banger of a matchup, when Heroic and Team Vitality go head to head in the Grand Final BLAST Spring Finals in Washington later tonight.
The two teams took down Imperial and G2 in the two semi-finals.
For Heroic it was an important win to finally qualify for another Grand Final after many failed attempts this year. The underdogs from Imperial gave it their best shot even after going one map down on their own pick of Overpass. But on Inferno Vinicius 'VINI' Figueiredo turned back the time with an incredible map to secure a decider.
On Nuke Imperial delivered another impressive comeback to force the map to overtime. Here showed another stellar CT-side that was just enough to secure the Grand Final.

In the second semi-final it also came down to a third map to find a winner. Here Vitality edged out G2 to qualify for the Grand Final. It was a team effort from Vitality, who saw both Magisk and Spinx being rated higher than their superstar ZywOo.
