Video: s1mple’s insane 1v2 clutch and 3k that wrapped up the series

Aleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev put the game away against Liquid with two stunning rounds that advanced his team to the playoffs. The Ukrainian beast enjoyed a spell of dominance in long periods of the series, racking up important kills that gave his team the momentum they needed to take home the victory and avoid an elimination game. 

On the last map of the series, NAVI were unwilling to take pity on their opponents and won four of the initial five rounds of the half that changed the scoreboard to 14-6. Liquid tried to fight back and slowly began to chip away the deficit, but they were denied by s1mple, who made a stunning clutch play in a 1v2 situation and then set his team up for the victory with an AWP that got him three frags, while his team only had pistols in the final round of the game.
