Spirit dismantle Imperial 2-0 in IEM Summer 2021
The Russian squad completely dominated Imperial out of the server on both maps.
Team Spirit managed to grab their first victory in the prominent event following a dominant 2-0 victory over Imperial in Group B’s lower bracket. The Russians are now through to the lower semi-finals where they will face off against the winner of OG vs. Virtus.pro, while Imperial leaves the tournament on a 13-16th place and $4.000.

The action started on Imperial’s map pick of Mirage where the Brazilian were no match for Spirit. degster and company stormed to an 11-4 lead in the first half before they closed out the map by picking up 5 rounds in a row on the T-side in the second half.
On Dust2, Spirit once again showed to be way more prepared than Imperial, as they dominated them out of the server. The Russians closed out the map with an impressive 16-3 score thanks to mir and magixx who both were on fire, delivering 22 frags each to inspire Spirit to an impressive victory.
