Pimp on promising Danish AWPers: Nobody has been so close to device in years
Can acoR and Farlig make the breakthrough on the very highest stage of CS:GO?
The current Danish CS:GO scene is stacked with promising and upcoming players and talents, who’ ready to take the next step into the very elite. Several Danish talents has left their Scandinavian home country to seek a career in the European scene, with some players landing at one of the biggest teams in EU.
“They’re both from Denmark, they both got a dangerous AWP, and they both have an immense skill ceiling. Nobody has been close to device in years, these two could close that gap very soon.” – Pimp on Twitter
The renowned CS:GO expert and analyst Jacob "Pimp" Winneche has touched on two particular players, who he believe can be the next big thing. Pimp has on his Twitter, expressed his high beliefs for the young Danes in Frederik "acoR" Gyldstrand and Asger "farlig" Jensen.
The Danish expert believes that acoR (mousesports) and Farlig (FunPlus Phoneix) can reach the same level of Astralis’ AWPer Nicolai “device” Reedtz. A player who’s by many considered as the best player in the history of the game, and a four-time major winner.
acoR recently joined mousesports as the replacement for Chris "chrisJ" de Jong
