NAVI barely manage to close out Nuke against Nemiga
Nemiga pushed the recent Intel Grand Slam winner to the limit.
What a close match!
In the Bo1 match between NAVI and Nemiga, the Russian-Ukrainian side struggled as Nemiga’s squad gave them a hard fight that took 30 rounds to find the winner. Being massive underdogs and losing to Spirit 4-16 on Nuke the game before didn’t stop Nemiga from going toe to toe with the worlds best.
Boombl4’s troops played a horrible CT side and went into halftime being behind 7-8. But when the teams switched sides, Natus Vincere turned up the heat and quickly took the lead 11-7. Nemiga didn’t go down without a fight, climbing their way to equalize the score at 14-14, before NAVI grabbed the last two rounds of the map to take the victory. Despite losing the series, Nemiga’s lollipop21k impressed and finished on top of the scoreboard with 30 frags and 103.7 ADR.
