Media: OG ready to replace NBK with benched Heroic player
It looks like Aleksib and company has found their new fifth , as sources can tell that they are negotiating a deal with niko from Heroic.
OG is reportedly in process of signing the Danish player Nikolaj “niko” Kristensen, HLTV.org can confirm. The 22-year old rifler, who currently is benched on Heroic, will take over from Nathan "NBK-" Schmitt, owing OG’s decision to transfer list the French veteran after 14-months of service.

According to sources is the negotiation between OG and niko “still at an early stage, though OG will need to wrap up a signing soon as they are one of the 24 teams that will be taking part in ESL Pro League Season 13”.
niko has represented Heroic since April last year and were therefore also a part of Heroic’s strong roster, which obtained a stellar #1 spot on the world ranking for weeks, through their impressive victories at ESL One Cologne and DreamHack Open Fall.
However, both niko and Heroic’s performance has lowered since the ending of 2020, where the Danish team presented one bad tournament after another, which last week resulted in the benching of niko and Johannes "b0RUP" Borup.
