IHC claim the first qualifying spot for PGL Major
The Mongolian roster is the first to secure a spot at the prestigious PGL Major in Antwerp
With the RMR event for the Americas concluded it has become time to find out which two Asian teams will qualify for the upcoming PGL Major in Antwerp. Despite its smaller scale, the brawl between the four Asian teams is no less intense than what we experienced in the previous RMR tournament. The first team earning their spot at the upcoming Major was found out, just now, to be the Mongolian IHC team.
After beating TYLOO 2-0 they took on Australian Renegades in a battle for the first qualifying spot of the event. Once again the Mongolian roster of IHC, ranked currently at #78, entered the server with great confidence in their own abilities and managed to take down their opponents in a convincing fashion. After another impressive 2-0 victory, they secured first place at the RMR event and the price of a spot at the upcoming Major alongside it.
The second qualifying team from the Asia RMR event will be found between Renegades and TYLOO. The Bo3-series is set to kick off at 14.00 (CEST).
