How sh1ro won a dire round without getting a kill
"sh1ro" and Gambit use their brains as the weapon to dismantle Entropiq
In the world of professional Counter-Strike, there are many different tactical and strategic approaches that teams utilize in order to gain an advantage over their opponents. Despite these tactics and strategies, it is ultimately down to getting the kills required to take home the round for your team, or at least that is usually the case.
When Gambit faced Entropiq in the battle for a Grand Final spot at the IEM Fall 2021 CIS event "sh1ro" managed to win an entire round without ever facing or killing an opponent. Utilizing a strategy that is predominantly used in pistol rounds or 'ecos', Gambit managed to fool the entire Entropiq roster and win simply because of the bomb-timer. Shifting everyone but "sh1ro" over to attack the A-bombsite on Vertigo, Entropiq couldn't believe their eyes when they found out that they were standing on the wrong bombsite all along.
