NAVI’s Aleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev had an impressive rise throughout the entire competition and earned a well-deserved MVP.
When the stakes were the highest on the final day of the tournament, s1mple still went on to play like a beast, delivering a 1.47 rating against Vitality in the consolidation final and a few hours later, a 1.57 rating in the grand final against Astralis.

The best-of-three series began with NAVI’s victory on Nuke where s1mple and company delivered a strong defense on CT-side and remained in the lead from the beginning of second half. But the opener wasn’t without bright moments from their adversaries.
