gla1ve: We have to change our gameplan against Virtus.pro
Will the Astralis team manage to rise against VP, after their crushing 16-1 defeat to Spirit?
Five days ago, Astralis suffered the already iconic 16-1 loss to Spirit at IEM Katowice, where the Russians completely dominated the otherwise majestic Danish side. However, the devastating defeat wasn’t the end for Astralis at the $1 Million event, as Lukas “gla1ve” Rossander and company already had settled a playoff spot.
They will instead get the chance for redemption at the quarterfinals, where they will take upon another dominant CIS team in Virtus.pro, which is a matchup they will have to win if they want to regain their title from IEM Katowice 2019.

The Astralis captain has in a recent interview talked about switching gears between lesser important matches and vital and crucial matches, regarding his performance and mindset before these matchups, where he explains that it can be helpful to establish a fine line between the two.
We talked with gla1ve following the heavy defeat against Spirit, and whether the result bears the marks of the before mentioned aspect, but also asked him how they will prepare for Virtus.pro today.
