Gambit secure another victory in Group B!
Hobbit and company secured the victory after a close second half.
Gambit have won their second match at IEM Fall, following a 16-13 victory against K23 on Overpass.
It wasn’t all light work for Gambit as they struggled to establish a controlled defense in the first half of the match, which saw K23 go to halftime with a 8-7 advantage. However, the underdogs quickly came behind in the second half as Gambit won the pistol and secured the following two rounds. But as soon as their economy started rolling, K23 found their footing and won four rounds in a row to go up 12-10 on the scoreboard. Despite good efforts from K23, Gambit just proved to be too strong in the end as they went on to grab 6 out of seven rounds to close out Overpass 16-13.
