Gambit IGL after Astralis match: We were nervous
nafany and Gambit's journey at DH Masters Winter ends after falling short against Astralis.
Gambit’s campaign in DreamHack Open has been an astounding event. The Russian youngsters have swept two of the most hyped and exciting teams in the current scene of CS, in Cloud9 and Complexity going into the Astralis matchup. However, Astralis proved out to be too tall of an ask for Gambit, with the Danish team beating them 2-0 in the Quarter-Final.
Vladislav “nafany” Gorshkov gave a possible reason for the loss when he spoke with the desk at DreamHack Masters following their defeat. The young IGL said that they were nervous playing against Astralis on both maps, something that may owe to their young roster having an average age under 21.
Gambit has been a bright exponent on the Counter-Strike scene lately and addition to strong victories against Cloud9 and Complexity, the talented team has also won DreamHack Open November and Nine to Five 6 in the last couple of months.
