allu revealed and commented on a variety of topics, including the removal of then in-game leader Aleksi “Aleksib” Virolainen and the team’s struggles after that controversial move, but also that sergej, who stepped down from ENCE last month to start his military service, had been struggling with motivation issues.
While the show was still running, sergej posted a tweet to dispute allu’s account of some of the events and situations that were discussed. The 18-year-old said that allu’s personality is “not as simple and harmless” as it might seem and that “there’s a reason why” his former teammate is the only remaining member of the original lineup. He also added that he will not comment on the situation anymore “because it’s a mental health thing”.
Other members of the team quickly retweeted his post and Miikka “sunny” Kemppi said allu did not tell the whole truth and that he felt “betrayed” while watching the episode as his teammate did not explain “why the leadership was given to me.”
ENCE has no events until March and is now standing in a situation with only four members in the roster. The team is currently sitting 34th in the world ranking which is the lowest they have been since June 2018.
“We take full responsibility for not understanding the severity of the existent problems. We wish for patience as we internally evaluate the situation with our CS:GO team. We will give you an update as soon as we conclude our next steps.” The Finnish organization said.
