cadiaN wonders: There’s still not announced any prize pool for Flashpoint 3
The Heroic star can't understand why Flashpoint hasn't published the prize pool for such a big event.
Next week, the prestigious Flashpoint 3 will commence with a star-studded group of attending teams. The event features CS:GO titans like Astralis and Vitality alongside the well-playing sides in Heroic and G2, who all are going to fight for vital qualifying points for the upcoming PGL Major in Stockholm later this year.
However, something is not all right. Especially not if you ask Heroic’ captain and in-game leader, Casper “cadiaN” Møller. The Danish player cannot understand why the tournament organizers haven’t announced the prize pool for the event, only five days before the start.
The two previous versions of Flashpoint presented a staggering $1 Million prize pool each, with a massive $500.000 1st prize for the victors. It's unlikely to say, whether Flashpoint 3 will have the same prize pool or not. However, it's fair to say that the firepower of teams and players haven't decreased, as the very top of CS:GO weren't represented in the first two seasons.
