cadiaN on a hectic 12-month period: We had to start from scratch
The profiled in-game leader reflects on the failed FPX deal, all the roster changes, and the return of HUNDEN.
The Danish top team of Heroic has, for some time, been a significant figure in the Counter-Strike scene. However, in the last 12 months the Danes have cemented their name at the very elite within CS:GO, with Casper “cadiaN” Møller and his troops presenting one strong performance after another, where the 25-year old captain played a leading role.
All the success and glory for Heroic and cadiaN haven’t been obtained without them facing some serious obstacles and challenges on their way. For as you say - “Nothing comes without a price”
Since April last year, Heroic has endured a failed transfer and acquisition from FunPlus Phoenix, several roster changes within the team, a banned head coach, and multiple tough periods regarding results and top placements. However, it looks like all these things just have made Heroic stronger. Something, they proved with their astounding victory at the prestigious ESL Pro League Season 13.
Hear cadiaN reflect on the previous year, but also what the return of HUNDEN will mean for the team.
Heroic's head coach, Nicolai "HUNDEN" Petersen was served an 8-month ban for his involvement in the 'Coaching Bug Scandal'. That ban will be over in 10-days on the 30th of April, which means that the renowned coach can return to the server.
