Aleksib after important win: We perform way better on bootcamp, where everyone's focus is in place
OG delivers as they return to bootcamp together, after putting up a disappointing showing at Flashpoint 3.
Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen and the rest of OG fought a fierce battle at IEM Summer yesterday when they took on the NA stars from Evil Geniuses. The international roster, led by the Finnish IGL, managed to seal the victory and after two crushing 16-6 and 16-5 wins on Overpass and Inferno, which resulted in a favourable semifinal spot for OG.
With the great showing at the prominent $250.000 event, OG continues the strong form from their recent tournament victory at Spring Sweet Spring 2. Something, Aleksib also touched on in the post-match interview with the IEM Summer desk, where he also emphasises the importance of being on bootcamp and what that does for the team.

2021 has been a busy year for the OG camp outside of the server, as they have made numerous roster changes, having replaced the original members in Issa “ISSAA” Murad and Nathan “NBK-“ Schmitt with Shahar “flameZ” Shushan and Nikolaj “niko” Kristensen.
The two newcomers has been a fresh addition to OG, where especially flameZ has stepped up huge and elevated the team owing to his impressive rifle skills and powerful aggression. The 17-year-old Israel received also high praise from his captain following the 2-1 win vs EG.
