Eternal Fire has just stunned OG 2-0 to secure themselves a place in the massive PGL Major in Antwerp, Belgium. Despite going into the vital Bo3 series as big underdogs, the Turkish squad was the one ending on top and therefore crushing Nemanja “nexa” Isakovic and OG’s Major dreams.
Eternal Fire decided to kick off the match on Vertigo – a map OG only has played one time throughout the last 12 months. Something which became quite evident in the second half on their T side, where it often looked like they lacked ideas and potent strategies. After an 8-7 lead for OG, Eternal Fire turned things around winning the first map 16-14.
The AWPing superstar Özgür 'woxic' Eker and his men settled the match and their impressive RMR tournament on Dust2 with a crucial 16-14 victory.
