stavn on role clashes in Astralis: It's easy to see that Benjamin and I have had some of the same roles
The new Astralis player answered a question about how the new roles on Astralis will pan out on a livestream.
On paper Astralis' new lineup is looking stacked with talent, firepower, and a good mix of experience and eagerness to win titles. The addition of Martin "stavn" Lund and Jakob "jabbi" Nygaard could be the kickstart of a new era for the legendary Danish organization if everything pans out the right way. But how will the five players align in terms of roles and positions on the team? During an online Q&A with Astralis fans, Martin "stavn" Lund was asked the question about how he will slot into the team.
- For me personally, I have a lot of new things to attend to, but also some of the same things as I had in Heroic. From the outside, it's easy to see, and it's also something we've talked about as a team, that Benjamin [blameF] and I have had some of the same roles, and I just think we should keep an eye on that going forward. But for now, we are clearly in agreement on how it works. It's something I can see myself in, and something the team can see themselves in, stavn told the Astralis fans.

Astralis will play their first match with the new lineup at the BetBoom Dacha 2023 tournament in Dubai from the 5th of December.
