MOUZ is ready for legends stage at IEM Major
MOUZ played well in a Bo3 match to qualify for the legends stage.
The first Bo3 decider match is set and over, MOUZ took on Fnatic in a 2-0 game.
MOUZ started by pressing the speeder to the max on Fnatic´s map pick (Vertigo). Coming up 6-0 in the first half MOUZ took out the major hype Fnatic had built up in their recent wins at the IEM Rio Major. Despite making a little comeback on the CT side, Fnatic saw MOUZ run away with the win on their map pick.
The second map was Inferno, a MOUZ map pick. Despite MOUZ taking the pistol, the mixed team with mezii and co. started to fire back at MOUZ, winning the first half 6-9. The second half was Fnatic taking all the winning duels, as well as winning important rounds giving them the win on Inferno 9-16.
Ancient ended up being the decider for the two 2-0 teams. Mouz started on the CT side where they managed to take yet another pistol-round win to start off going up 3-0. The first half ended with a 9-6 lead in favor of MOUZ. The European team came out firing on the T side, as they take down Fnatic 7-3 in the second half to win the game and the series 2-1.
MOUZ is now set and ready to play in the legends stage. Who they will face next, is yet to be decided.
