Liquid power through Brazilians to take cs_summit 8 title

In the last of three Grand Finals at the regional Major Qualifiers this weekend, the iconic NA stars from Liquid took on FURIA at the title-deciding match at cs_summit 8. A head-to-head rivalry, the Brazilians has dominated the last 12 months, with arT and company having won the 7 out of the last 8 matches.

However, at yesterday’s Grand Final, the tables were turned and the aggressive playstyle from the South Americans was brought under control, through a phenomenal individual performance by Liquid’s Keith “NAF” Markovic. The Canadian powerhouse presented commented the series with two stellar showings on Overpass and Nuke, which were the groundwork for Liquid’s impressive 3-1 win.
