HooXi: If we leave, I will for sure cry for a few days
Rasmus "HooXi" Nielsen and the rest of the roster of Copenhagen Flames are wanted by several other Organizations.
Should we stay or should we go? The question is central for the roster of Copenhagen Flames these days.
Yesterday co-owner of Copenhagen Flames, Daniel Vorborg, confirmed, that there are several offers for the team.
We caught up with in-game leader Rasmus "HooXi" Nielsen, who put some words on the situation.
- There has been talks even before the Major started, and I just told whoever was talking, that we needed to focus on the tournament, and the rest would come after. I just hope for the best future possible for us to develop, the 26-year-old Dane told Pley.gg in Stockholm after the showmatch Sunday.
When listening to Rasmus "HooXi" Nielsen it becomes clear, that the players want to stay at Copenhagen Flames if the Organization is able to step up financially to also reward the fact, that the Danish team has broken into the top 10 ranking in the world.
- It is obviously about Flames not being at the right place right now for a top 10 team in the world, and that is unfortunate. If I could get Flames with more money, that would be fine, because what this club is doing for the players and how much they care means so much. If we leave, I will for sure cry for a few days.
Copenhagen Flames will play their next match on Friday at REPUBLEAGUE TIPOS Season 2.
