dupreeh: I think we can go really far this year
Peter “dupreeh” Rasmussen shares his expectations for 2021 as a team but also individually.
In an interview on Astralis’ Youtube channel, the 27-year-old Dane shares his thoughts about what he thinks the future will look like for Astralis in 2021.
“As a team, I think we can go really far this year. We have already reached the first final this year. Unfortunately, we lost to NAVI. But we had a really good start to the year which is important. The goal of the team this year is the same as always, to be the best in the world. We are top of the standings at the moment so that’s perfect. So, we just have to keep working hard and keep reinventing ourselves.”
Despite talking about the future and goals for the team, dupreeh also talks about his own expectations from an individual standpoint, saying he wants to make it into the Top 20 player list so he can look back and feel like he had a good year, personally. The only year that the Dane missed out on a place in the Top 20 was in 2016.
