device: CIS is the best region at the moment
IEM Katowice has been a big eye-opener for CIS Counter-Strike.
After their defeat against Virtus.pro the Danish AWP'er commented on his opponents and who impressed him during the match.
- YEKINDAR is their star player. He was the only one, who really, really impressed me today. But when you see these CIS teams, you look at them and you know, that they have five really skilled players on their team, the Astralis player told the desk at IEM Katowice.
With three of the four remaining teams at IEM Katowice being from the CIS region, there is no doubt that the respect is growing for the talented Eastern Europeans.
- They are just a really talented region, that has worked hard for a long time, so I think it is paying off right now, so you just have to give kudos to them. They are the best region at the moment, Nicolai "device" Reedtz said.
