Big questions to be answered at Blast Premier Fall
How good is Furia? Is Xyp9x ready to star for Astralis again and which team will NiKo play for?
There is certainly a lot of storylines to keep an eye on when Blast Premier Fall starts later today.
The transfer of North American teams to Europe has opened for some exciting match-ups in the next ten days.
One of them will star in Group A, where Evil Geniuses will face OG tonight. For EG it will be their first match against a European team since IEM Katowice in February.
Group A:
26/10 - 16:30: Natus Vincere vs Ninja in Pyjamas
26/10 - 19:30: Evil Geniuses vs OG
Thursday Group B will commence. Here Complexity will showcase their new signing Justin "jks" Savage, who will get his official debut for the squad against Team Vitality.
In the other matchup FaZe will take on BIG. But who will be on FaZe´s roster? NiKo has continuously been rumoured to join G2 and get his rendevouz with his cousin "huNter".
Group B:
29/10 - 16.30: Vitality - Complexity
29/10 - 19.30: BIG - FaZe
The return of the Clutchminister. Andreas "Xyp9x" Højsleth has announced his return, after he took a sickleave in May. The four-time Major winner will replace Patrick "es3tag" Hansen, who have transferred to Cloud9. Will Xyp9x help Astralis back on top? The Danes will face MIBR in the first round.
Another Brazilian team gets their chance in Group C. Ranked #3 in the world, Furia looks forward to compete against European teams once again. Their first opponent will be G2.
Group C:
2/11 - 16.30: Astralis - MIBR
2/11 - 19.30: Furia - G2
All groups will play the upper bracket final, consolidation final, and in the end a Grand Final. The two teams in the Grand Final in each Group will qualify for Blast Premier Fall Finals.
