It was Astralis’ AWPer who lead the charge for his team in the series and especially on the opening map of Nuke where he had a stellar performance, finishing on top of the scoreboard with a 23-9 K/D. The Danes allowed mousesports to only grab two rounds in the first half, going to halftime 13-2 before they rallied to close the map out 16-8.
On the second map of the series, mousesports started to find their footing and came out looking much better than in the opening map. Even though chrisJ and company went to halftime with a one round lead, they didn’t manage to execute the right plays on T-side to find openings in Astralis’ defense. The Danes closed out the map 16-12 and wrapped up the series with a clean 2-0 victory.
