Astralis dismantle mousesports in vital elimination match
Dominant Danes led by a lethal device eliminates mousesports from Blast Premier Fall Finals.
Astralis overcome yesterday’s disappointment against NaVi by taking down mousesports in the lower round of BLAST Premier Fall Finals. The Danish side was in control throughout the match, leaving mouz and former Astralis IGL Finn “Karrigan” Andersen in a losing battle. A strong playing Nicolai “device” Reedtz locked down the victory through confident wins on Nuke (16-5) and Vertigo (16-8).
mousesports decided to go to Nuke on their map pick, something they probably would have regretted, if they knew what was coming for them. Because, Astralis looked like the unstoppable “Astralis anno 2018”, where the Danes were completely unbeatable and also managed to set up a 26-map winning streak on exactly Nuke.
The shining star in the first map was Astralis star AWPer Nicolai “device” Reedtz who dominated the entire mousesports roster. device showed presence on nearly every location on the map, in heaven, on ramp, outside, everywhere. The Danish AWPer led Astralis to a solid 16-5 victory, alongside Lucas “Bubzkji” Andersen who once again was subbed in on Nuke.
One would think that Astralis couldn’t maintain the same incredible level of CS that they displayed on Nuke. However, that was exactly what they did. A ret hot IGL in gla1ve took over the entire server by setting up an unstoppable T-side which ended up in a 13-2 lead. Astralis closed down the series on Vertigo with ease by a 16-8 score.
Astralis’s next game at BLAST Premier Fall Finals is against the loser of tomorrow’s upper bracket match between G2 and BIG.
