Throwback: Astralis win the London 2018 Major
This Friday marks 3 years since Astralis won the FACEIT Major 2018 in London.
On this day, exactly 3 years ago, Astralis defeated Natus Vincere in the Grand final of the FACEIT 2018 Major event to claim the title just a year and a half after winning the ELEAGUE Major.
The Danish squad were in complete control of the get-go and wrapped up the grand final after just two maps, never letting NAVI even hit double digits.
Astralis’ former AWPer, Nicolai “device” Reedtz was the one who scooped the MVP title at the tournament, securing the eight MVP award of his career. The Danish AWPer was the hardest player to kill at the event, averaging 0.55 deaths per round, and was third in rating (1.24), behind NAVI’s duo of electronic and s1mple.
