OG eliminates MIBR after a thriller matchup
ISSA and OG are only one step away for the prominent Grand Final.
OG took revenge after their defeat to MIBR in the opening round of the playoff, by winning the vital lower bracket final at Flashpoint 2. OG was one of the favourites going into the tournament, and Aleksib’s troops don’t disappoint. They secure a spot in the Consolidation Final through a strong fight and great teamwork, with their two heavy weapons mantuu and valde having a rather quiet day on the office.

MIBR have had a fantastic run at Flashpoint 2, surprising everyone with their new line-up. Especially IGL Vito “kNgV-“ Giuseppe who have been leading the team from the front, and a player who fought in vain against OG last night. The Brazilian captain nearly did a 40-bomb in regulation on Train in the deciding map and finished with 1.46 rating. However, the heroic act wasn’t enough and MIBR’s campaign at Flashpoint 2 is over.
OG will face fnatic in a much-awaited Consolidation Final this Sunday at 15:00 (CET)
