NBK: Ready for an in-game leader role
The benched Frenchman has commented on his departure from OG.
After 267 maps with the same core of players, OG announced yesterday that they will be looking to replace their French player, Nathan "NBK-" Schmitt.
The 26-year-old Rifler commented on the news on his own Twitter profile.
- I do not have any specific plan as of yet and I'm still contracted with OG but I’m very eager to bounce back and help a team to reach new heights, he writes.
The Frenchmen also revealed that he is ready for a new role in the future.
- For the right project, I feel that I’m ready to take the lead (IGL) and a lot of responsibilities if needed, but that’s not a necessity to me and I can adapt. I am very confident in my abilities to keep competing in T1 CS and in what I can bring to any roster both in and outside of the game. I started and I will keep working with a sports psychologist and performance coach to keep improving on a daily basis and be the best teammate possible in the future. CS and winning trophies have been my #1 priority in my life for the past 11 years and will continue to be.
OG has not yet announced his replacement.
