MAD Lions bench in-game leader
SPELLAN's days are numbered at the Spanish organization.
The European side, MAD Lions have decided to bench Teodor “SPELLAN” Nikolov from this day on, the Bulgarian announces on Twitter. SPELLAN has been on trial at MAD Lions for the last four months when he replaced Kristers “keen” Darznieks as the in-game leader.
- I have to mention that I never really felt comfortable in the team in-game and didn't really have the chance to lead the game the way I'm used to, so it affected my confidence and performance during my stay here.
On the positive side, I can say I learned and improved a lot on some aspects inside and outside of the game thanks to the people in MAD Lions ... and I know I can bring more to my next team with the experience I got. I am very thankful for the professionalism and the time we spent together, SPELLAN writes on Twitlonger.
SPELLAN has previously represented big teams like Windigo and SKADE, where he showed fine results as the in-game leader. When the 23-year-old joined MAD Lions he was also brought as a potential captain to lead the team, where MAD Lions' coach Jakub "kuben" Gurczyński stated the following about SPELLAN.
- We play open cards with the players. SPELLAN will also start his adventure as an in-game leader on trial as well. As MAD Lions, we have all players under contract so that they feel part of this project from day one.
