Two players from Beyond Possible are no longer a part of the Bulgarian squad. Rock1nG and SPELLAN have announced their departure on their Twitter accounts. In SPELLAN´s Twitter post, he confirms that the team will still compete together until they are out of all current events. Both players said the problem came from within the squad as internal problems were the reason behind the departure. 

The team never really found success doing their time in Beyond Possible. The Bulgarian line-up has only competed on the European tier-two scene. SPELLAN and Rock1nG are averaging 0.93 and 0.94 ratings on the team over the past three months.

After being away from the CS:GO scene for two and a half years, Portuguese K1CK eSports are making a return. In the past their rosters have almost exclusively consisted of Portuguese players, but not this time. They have instead picked up five Bulgarians, whereof the most prominent names are "v1c7oR" and "SPELLAN".

The North Americans from Evil Geniuses will have to do without their IGL Peter “stanislaw” Jarguz and the profiled rifler Vincent “Brehze” Cayonte at the upcoming BLAST Premier Fall Groups, the team announced on Twitter. The two players have both “requested time away to focus on their respective mental health”.

The two replacements will be EG’s head coach Damian “daps” Steele and the Bulgarian Teodor “SPELLAN” Nikolov. This will be the second time in a row with daps as a stand-in, as the former IGL also played instead of Stanislaw at ESL Pro League Season 14.  

Evil Geniuses hope to present their original lineup once again at IEM Fall, which is right after BLAST Premier Fall Groups. IEM Fall is the last RMR event before the Major in late October. 

- We feel that allowing our lineup the time needed to come mentally and physically prepared for IEM Fall, not only best supports our players, but also puts our team in the best position to qualify and succeed at the much-awaited Major, EG said in a statement.

daps and the rest of Evil Geniuses will kick off their BLAST Premier Fall campaign tomorrow at 16.30 (CET), where they will take on Astralis in the opening round. The two other teams in Group A are Liquid and Vitality.

The European side, MAD Lions have decided to bench Teodor “SPELLAN” Nikolov from this day on, the Bulgarian announces on Twitter. SPELLAN has been on trial at MAD Lions for the last four months when he replaced Kristers “keen” Darznieks as the in-game leader.

- I have to mention that I never really felt comfortable in the team in-game and didn't really have the chance to lead the game the way I'm used to, so it affected my confidence and performance during my stay here.

On the positive side, I can say I learned and improved a lot on some aspects inside and outside of the game thanks to the people in MAD Lions ... and I know I can bring more to my next team with the experience I got. I am very thankful for the professionalism and the time we spent together, 

SPELLAN has previously represented big teams like Windigo and SKADE, where he showed fine results as the in-game leader. When the 23-year-old joined MAD Lions he was also brought as a potential captain to lead the team, where MAD Lions' coach Jakub "kuben" Gurczyński stated the following about SPELLAN.

- We play open cards with the players. SPELLAN will also start his adventure as an in-game leader on trial as well. As MAD Lions, we have all players under contract so that they feel part of this project from day one.

Only a few days after the departure of Kristers “keen” Dārznieks, MAD Lions has announced a new IGL on the team.

- Spellan will first be on a trial period with us, which is something we want to be transparent about, the team writes on Twitter.

Teodor "⁠SPELLAN⁠" Nikolov is 23-year-old, and have previously played for SKADE, Epsilon, Windigo, and Outlaws.

The Norwegian organization announced on Tuesday the departure of their in-game leader Teodor "⁠SPELLAN⁠" Nikolov. The Bulgarian leaves after a 14-month tenure at SKADE, with SPELLAN leading the team to a #34 spot on HLTV’s world ranking.

The 23-year old gives his perception of the parting in a Tweet where the former IGL hints at some external issues outside the server.

“We had some great moments together with this lineup, also really bad ones. Overall when I joined the team I had really high goals for this lineup and I wanted us to work super hard to achieve them, but not everyone was on the same page with me so it was hard to have a healthy mood and connection inside the team. I'm feeling a bit sad that things ended up like that and we couldn't fix our problems like men, but on the other side I am happy that I am free to look for other options now to reach a higher level as I am super hungry to win as always and I am not satisfied with the last year of my career at all.”

It's unclear where SPELLAN will continue his career, but he affirms that he's open for European but also NA organizations. 

"I feel confident to play absolutely any role and I feel ready to be part of a team as non-IGL, so I can try something different this time as well if needed even tho that doesn't mean I can't lead a team again. I'm also ready to move to NA if needed, I just want a stable team with hard-working players where we can fight together to reach the highest level."
