An in-game leader often has a great amount of control over the roster's t-sided plays and plays an instrumental role in the mid-round. Regarded by many as the best in-game leader in the history of Counter-Strike is Lukas "gla1ve" Rossander.
The Astralis in-game leader is one of the many reasons that Astralis have been on top of the Counter-Strike scene for such an impressive amount of time.
