Hampus: es3tag’s Swedish has approved a lot; He’s such a high IQ person
The NIP IGL has high praise for the former Cloud9 rifler for his improvement in the Swedish roster.

That was the words from Hampus “hampus” Poser to HLTV in a BLAST Fall Final interview back in late November. The NIP captain was talking about their new signing, Patrick “es3tag” Hansen and the apparent language barrier between the Dane and the Swedish core.
Three and half months and several events later, hampus touched on the matter again in a post-match interview after NIP’s 2-0 victory against Fnatic at ESL Pro League Season 15, praising es3tag for his improvement with the Swedish language.
- It has improved a lot. es3tag is such a high IQ person, if you want to teach him something – he will learn it. He’s just a super-fast learner. There are still some problems sometimes in super-tight situations, but it’s not as often as before, at all. I’m very happy about how fast he has learned Swedish.
Hampus also talked about NIP’s next challenge in Group A at ESL Pro League.
- I’m hoping for a 2-0 against Entropiq of course, but they are a very good team and we have played them before. And I think we won last time. But they are a very good team and they have very strong players, so both teams can win, Hampus concludes.
es3tag, hampus and the rest of NIP will take on Entropiq at 16:00 (CET) this Thursday, where they are set to build on their great start at the $823.000 tournament.
