gla1ve: I think we need to make some changes to our game
The Danish IGL believes that him and his troops have learned a valuable lesson from the 1-16 defeat against Spirit.
The mighty Danes from Astralis didn’t reach the semi-finals at IEM Katowice as they endured one of their worst defeats when they were dominated out of the server 1-16 on Dust2 by a strong playing Spirit team. Astralis’ IGL is refusing to draw too many conclusions from the match and have instead switched the focus to Friday’s clash with Virtus.pro.

gla1ve believes that his team have learned a valuable lesson from the loss and says they will make some adjustments on how they play against an aggressive CIS playstyle. The Danes clash with VP who enter the playoffs with confidence following three 2-0 victories over Vitality, NiP, and FURIA.
“All these CIS teams are really aggressive, they take a lot of map control all the time, both on the T and the CT sides. What we need to do is fight a bit more for it. I think we need to make some changes to our game, use a bit more utility at the start of rounds instead of saving it. We are trying to work on it. Let’s see if it works.”
