For the first time since the 2019 Katowice Major, Fnatic has qualified for the finest tournament in CS:GO.
The three-time Major winners won their way to IEM Rio after a superb match against 1WIN. Throught both maps Fnatic had everything in control and delivered a good team effort to qualify. Almost sentimental it was "Mr. Fnatic" Freddy 'KRIMZ' Johansson, who delivered one of his best matches in recent times with a 1.41 rating to seal the deal for Fnatic. The Swede has been at the Organization since 2016, and can now return with Fnatic to a Major after winning 16-5, 16-9 against 1WIN.
