Brazilians eliminate Complexity at BLAST Spring Groups
The new Complexity side remain winless as they fall short to MIBR in today’s Bo3 battle.
Made in Brazil (MIBR) survive another day at the ongoing BLAST Premier Spring Groups after taking down Complexity in two maps.
MIBR started off the match in flying fashion on Nuke, as they quickly managed to go up 8-1, despite beginning on Complexity’s map pick. The Brazilians and their super solid CT side stood tall throughout the entire first half, which gave them a 10-5 lead going into the switch.
The MIBR dominance didn’t continue in the second half, however, it was still enough to seal a 1-0 map lead through a 16-13 win – where especially Jhonatan “JOTA” Willian stepped up massively against the North Americans from Complexity.
On Ancient, MIBR’s own map pick, the Adriano “WOOD7” Cerato-led squad cemented the impressive win by grabbing home the victory on the second map, where it seemed like the South Americans were better suited to the tropic climate in the jungle of Ancient.
The result means that Complexity has been eliminated from the event, while MIBR is set to go up against ZywOo and Vitality in the next round.
