Astralis forces a third map!
Astralis defeats G2 on Nuke! The victor will be found on Inferno!
Whilst it took Astralis a whole half to find their footing on the first map of Dust2, they seemed ready and fierce going into the second map, being Nuke. And it was also Astralis to have the strongest start. After losing the first pistol round, they went on a streak of seven rounds in a row and saw themselves leading 7-1 - a completely different story to what we saw on Dust2. However, the one-sided affair didn't last and G2 clawed themselves back into the game. The two teams went to halftime at a score of 8-7, favoring the Danes.
The second half was just as tense as the first, but in the end it was clear that Nuke is Astralis territory. It was Nikola "NiKo" Kovač to terrorize the Astralis roster on the first of Dust2, and whilst his family member Nemanja "HuNter" Kovač did his absolute best to carry his team, Astralis managed to secure Nuke with a 16-12 victory.
