Aleksib: Our flow is much better
In-game leader Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen has a good feeling before OG begins their run at IEM Cologne today.
A recent roster change has elevated OG to a spot as outsiders for IEM Cologne.
The European roster came close to winning their first tier-A tournament with their second-place finish at IEM Summer last month. A result that underlined the potential for the talented lineup.
- I feel like the flow overall has gone much better. If we get a kill on our default we can win the round in one second, whereas a couple of months back we did not really know how to react or how we are moving around on the map overall. We have a really good feeling about how we play CS, in-game leader Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen told Pley.gg at a press conference.
OG will face the Brazilians from TeamOne in the Play-in today. A match where it is most likely, that we will see another stellar performance from AWP'er Mateusz "mantuu" Wilczewski, whose performances since the roster changes has been on an upwards trend.
- After some time you can see the impact of us being together. flameZ and niko give me a lot of room. I have also improved. I have played the AWP role for two years, so I naturally know what to do against other teams now.
Favorites at the Bookmakers for IEM Cologne are Gambit, NAVI, Heroic, and G2, with Astralis, and Virtus.pro as dark horses. OG is considered outsiders for the title with the likes of FURIA, Vitality, mousesports, and Team Liquid.
IEM Cologne starts today at 12.00 (CEST).
