Top team launch new academy: We want to dominate the Brazilian scene
The proud Brazilians from MIBR are the next org in line to have a talent program under their belt.
MIBR or also known as Made in Brazil has established a new academy project for their CS:GO division, the Brazilian organization announced on Tuesday. The talent program will help the renowned organization to grow young South American players and to increase their strength in the Brazilian scene.
A statement from MIBR via DRAFT5.GG:
- It will mostly compete in Brazilian championships in which the other team will not compete. In this way, the plans to dominate the Brazilian scene of MIBR are expanded. With so many opportunities for experience and growth of the players, these may become alternatives for both teams.
MIBR join the likes of mousesports, Astralis, FURIA, and NIP, in profiled teams that have founded an academy team. mousesports were the latest to publicise it when they last week announced the birth of mouz NXT.
MIBR haven't signed their academy players yet, so it's unclear whether the players will be solely Brazilian or if it's a mixed team.
