NIP teammates on dev1ce: We'll just let him do his thing right now
The former Astralis star has been given free rein on the NIP team, to make him more comfortable in the beginning.
The Swedish top team NIP has been playing some impressive Counter-Strike since they last month announced the Blockbuster transfer of Nicolai “dev1ce” Reedtz from Astralis. The iconic team and the Danish superstar are unbeaten in their two first matches, as they proceed in the upper bracket at Flashpoint 3.
The IGL on NIP Hampus “hampus” Poser and Fredrik “REZ” Sterner has, in an interview with Flashpoint, touched on the arrival of dev1ce and how they have tried to implement the former Astralis AWPer into the team.
NIP is currently ranked #15 on the world ranking, however, hampus and REZ see themself as a Top 7-10 in the current CS:GO landscape. And with the addition of dev1ce and their recent improvement, the Swedish duo believe that they can go even higher in the near future.
