New coach for MAD Lions announced
The former coach from Virtus.pro and Envy, Jakub "kuben" Gurczyński will be the new coach at MAD Lions.
MAD Lions revealed their new head coach on Twitter today.
- MAD Lions decided to go a different way and to create something innovative in CS:GO. And that is to prioritize coaching. Our coaching staff already consists of five people, who will be equally involved in a few different areas of players development, the new head coach stated.
Jakub "kuben" Gurczyński has coached before on Virtus.pro and Envy.
On MAD Lions he will be in charge of an entirely new roster after the Spanish Organization sold Ismail "refrezh" Ali and Rasmus "sjuush" Beck to Heroic and benched two other players leaving Thomas "TMB" Bundsbæk the only player on the roster at the moment.
- We know that it takes time to build a winning team. We are not in a rush to build one. We are going to do it step by step, the coach explained.
According to MAD Lions' Twitter, the new roster will be announced soon.
