What is going on with MIBR?
The Brazilian Organization was subject to discussion on a live stream with Gaules.
Made In Brazil (MIBR) was the talk of the town in 2018 when they launched as the new Brazilian powerhouse in CS:GO. With legendary players as Coldzera, fer, and FalleN they have fielded some of the best Brazilian players in history.
But in the summer of 2020, it all started to crumble.
In late 2020 the Brazilian Organization acquired LUCAS1, v$m, and leo_drk and played the remaining year with the three players plus kNgv- and trk on the roster. The new roster played BLAST Premier Fall Series, BLAST Premier Fall Showdown, Flashpoint 2 together. They managed to defeat teams as Furia, FaZe, and OG along the way.
But at the start of this year, MIBR announced that they would look to replace LUCAS1, v$m, and leo_drk.
In addition, the interim coach Raphael "cogu" Camargo also left MIBR. But what really happened?
On Reddit, a user has taken his time to transcribe a long live stream with the Brazilian streamer Gaules, who was joined by some of the main persons around the team. You can read the full summary here.
