Brazilian coach open to offers
Luis “peacemaker” Tadeu who was released from his contract with MAD Lions is now assessing his options going forward.
The Brazilian coach has issued a statement where he gives an update on his current situation following his departure from MAD Lions. The 32-year-old states his goal is to “continue as a head coach, perhaps building a team from scratch in a new organization or joining an established one”. He also mentioned that he thought about being an assistant coach for one of the top teams.
“As for what comes next for me, I have been coaching professionally since 2016 in Brazil, North America and Europe, and my goal is to continue as a head coach, perhaps building a team from scratch in a new organization or joining an established one. I’ve also thought about being an assistant coach in one of the top teams. I’m open to discussing any opportunities.”
peacemaker joined MAD Lions in December 2019 and was released from his contract with the Spanish organization after a year-long tenure. This was his third experience with a Danish squad after he previously had been coaching Heroic from 2017-2019.
“Since the end of 2017 when I first joined Heroic, I’ve been dedicating myself completely to the Danish scene, helping to develop relatively young players and inexperienced rosters where we didn’t have the same high structure or level of investment as some of the top teams had.”
The Spanish organization are yet to announce a replacement for the Brazilian coach.
