Device: "Overpass and Vertigo were way more flawed than Ancient"
Mr. Consistent, alongside many other pros, gives his take on the newest CS:GO map Ancient
CS:GO is a game where very few and almost always small changes are made to the game. With guns very rarely being added to the game or even tweaked it is the rotations of maps within the official map pool that brings the biggest of changes to the professional scene. The newest addition of Ancient is one that has been discussed thoroughly since its release and perhaps change isn't always bad.
In a Youtube video posted on Betway Esports' channel, they have asked various different professional CS:GO players about what they think about the newest map in the official map pool. When Betway Esports asked "device" about his feelings in regards to the map, the Danish superstar seemed optimistic about the future of Ancient and states that it is more balanced than previous maps in CS:GO.
"I think Ancient is a pretty good map for one of its first iterations, when we look at Overpass and Vertigo I think they were way more flawed than Ancient. Do I think that the teams have figured out to play it? No, not really. Just excited to see how it develops.
