The ambitious Team Falcons project has finally been fully revealed as the Saudi-backed team announced the five players, that will play in the green jerseys from now on.

Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer and Mohammad "BOROS" Malhas were already signed, while Emil "Magisk" Reif has been linked with a move to the organization for some time. The real surprise in today’s announcement was the two ENCE players Alvaro "SunPayus" Garcia and Pavle "maden" Bošković. Both of them were rumored to join Heroic, where their former coach Eetu "⁠sAw⁠" Saha was announced earlier today.

Instead, they joined their former in-game leader Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer, who can now continue the work alongside coach Danny "zonic" Sørensen to prepare the team for next year.

The Finnish Organization is looking into a bigger rebuild than first intended after they said goodbye to in-game leader Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer and coach Eetu "⁠sAw⁠" Saha last month.

Today ENCE announced another two departures from the team. Alvaro "SunPayus" Garcia and Pavle "maden" Bošković has left the team.

Alvaro "SunPayus" Garcia has been bought out of his contract, while Pavle "maden" Bošković's contract is set to expire. Both players have been linked with a move to Heroic, where their former coach Eetu "⁠sAw⁠" Saha was announced earlier today.

Lukas "gla1ve" Rossander and Jakub "kuben" Gurczyński who joined the team to replace Snappi and sAw will now have to make a total rebuild of the roster, where also Guy "NertZ" Iluz is rumored to be leaving for Heroic as well.

For the first time since May 2021, ENCE has been crowned champions of a tournament.

Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer and his men won CCT North Europe Series 2 with a 2-0 victory against HAVU. ENCE took home $22.000 for winning the online tournament.

ENCE had to work hard for victory after losing the first halves on both Ancient and Dust2. On Ancient it was an excellent CT half from {cflag:ES} SunPayus, {cflag:DK} valde, and {cflag:ME} Maden that helped ENCE recover to force the match into overtime. Here ENCE came out on top and won the map 19-17 after a stellar ace from Maden.

HAVU made a nice recovery on Dust2 and took an 11-4 lead into the second half. But here they crumpled once again allowing ENCE to find a way back into the match. Again it was the duo of Maden and valde who turned up big for ENCE. It ended with a narrow 16-14 win for ENCE, who won the tournament after being directly seeded into the playoffs.

Snappi and company from ENCE are through to the quarter-final of CCT North Europe Series 2 after taking down AGO with a 2-0 result following victories on Vertigo (16-11) and Inferno (16-14). ENCE will now meet Endpoint in an exciting match where a semi-final spot is on the line.

ENCE’s Maden had an exceptional performance and finished off the match with 50 kills in total to end the series as MVP. ENCE’s match against Endpoint will kick off today at 19:30 (CET).

Whilst it is often the last kills in a round that gets the attention and praise from the spectators and commentators, the first kills in a given round are often equally and sometimes even more important. The art of 'entry fragging' is not only a difficult one, but also an unforgiving one, seeing that the players tasked with this role in a roster very rarely receive the praise they deserve. 

A player that has seemingly mastered the art of entry fragging in the year 2022 is Pavle "Maden" Bošković. The 23-year-old ENCE player from Montenegro is ruthless and incredibly potent when it comes to opening up a round for his teammates. Having accumulated the most opening kills so far in 2022, he is an integral part of the ENCE puzzle that as of late has been looking more and more dangerous. 

With 326 confirmed opening kills in 2022, he tops the leaderboard for most opening kills in the amongst top 30 teams in 2022. What is even more impressive is that he doing most of this whilst wielding a rifle and not the AWP. 

So how come this kid from Montenegro is so incredible at getting opening kills for his team? Well, take a look at some of the highlights he managed to produce when ENCE came fourth place in the recent PGL Major in Antwerp: 

On HLTV's Confirmed, Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer talked about who ENCE had set their eyes on at the start of the year, where the team had to find a replacement for Joonas "doto" Forss.

During the interview, Snappi was asked about the selection of their new fifth member of the roster.

- The different names was Josef "faveN" Baumann, Adam “NEOFRAG” Zouhar, Pavle "maden" Bošković, and Dion "FASHR" Derksen. Those were the four names that were in the discussion. Some of them were not possible. With NEOFRAG, SINNERS just denied him to go. faveN went to BIG. I am not really sure we had a priority list, but I am just happy that we ended up getting Maden in the end.

After Maden's entry on ENCE, the team had made deep runs in ESL Pro League Season 15, PGL Antwerp, and IEM Dallas, and is currently ranked third in the world.

A spot in the Grand Final was the prize when ENCE faced FURIA at IEM Dallas. Two very different maps were played, and in the end, it was ENCE who came out on top.

FURIA started strong on their pick of Vertigo. They grabbed themselves a 4-0 T-side lead but ran into a brick wall as soon as ENCE consistently had rifles available. The European squad went on a 10-1 run to end the half, while not really getting challenged by a more-than-usually passive FURIA.

The CT side treated the Brazilians a lot better, and they seemed to have found their groove. Unfortunately so had "Maden" who had some massive impact rounds which gave ENCE the slight advantage they needed to just barely take the map.

"Snax" had the hot hand in the first half of Nuke. While ENCE did not win the first half, the Polish stand-in was the heavy hitter that gave them a very respectable seven rounds at halftime.

The second half was very grim for the Brazilians who did not seem to have an answer for the ENCE defense. They only managed to win a single round, wherein you might say that they got a little lucky. ENCE safely secured the map and are headed to the Grand Final

Heroic and ENCE had the chance to take a place in the playoffs as they faced each other in a Bo3. The teams arrived in this advantageous position after beating G2 and Outsiders in the 1-1 bracket.

Off the back of a ridiculous start from "TeSeS" Heroic took a massive 8-0 lead on the T side of their map pick, Overpass. As Heroic loosened their grip, "Spinx" stepped up to bat and amazingly led his team back into the lead with a ten-round streak. In the end, it came right down to the wire, and in the 30th round of play, the Danes were able to secure the victory.

Moving on to the second map of Mirage the first half was just about a repeat of Overpass'. Heroic started great but only barely held the lead at halftime as ENCE were ever vigilant.

Heroic picked up the second pistol round and another two were converted as a result, but that is when the ENCE hammer fell down upon the Danes. "Snappi" and co. ended the map on a 9-1 streak, denying everything that Heroic tried. Especially the A-site was a problem for "cadiaN"s squad as "dycha" and "Maden" performed admirably on the defense.

Nuke was the deciding map of the series, and after fifteen rounds it looked extremely grim for Heroic. The Danes started on the T side and were round after round stopped by the dynamic duo of "dycha" and "Spinx". ENCE had a dominating 12-3 lead at halftime.

Heroic did not have much to say after switching sides, and contrary to the first two maps of the series, Nuke ended up being a booming blowout at 16-6.

With the win, ENCE find their way into the playoffs, while Heroic will have one last chance tomorrow.

The favorites of Heroic are out of contention at BLAST after being taken down by ENCE in an intense three-mapper.

The series started on ENCE’s pick of Ancient, a map that has brought them six victories in a row. This did not seem like a problem for Heroic who quickly picked up a 4-0 lead on the CT-side. ENCE did not panic even after the bad start, and with some decisive calls actually recovered fantastically and was in the lead by 8-7 at halftime.

If Heroic thought the first half loss on CT-side was tough, it is because they did not know what fury was going to be cast upon them in the second. The Danes created some opportunities towards the end of the half, but “Snappi”s squad simply outclassed them.

ENCE led by “Maden” continued the great play on the second map of Overpass where they got themselves a comfortable 6-1 CT-side lead. The Danes luckily managed to get a few rounds under the belt before switching sides but were still behind by quite a few rounds. 10-5 at the half.

After a somewhat disappointing first half for the Heroic squad, they came out of the break looking completely refreshed and the team was finally clicking. With this newfound momentum, the Danes won nine rounds in a row before having their streak broken. After winning that first round, ENCE put on a couple more, but in the end, it was all for naught, and the Danes closed out the map at 16-13.

The deciding map of the series was the ever-present Mirage and had ENCE getting off to a great start on the CT-side. “Maden” who had been locked in all series was still dominating, and now his teammate “hades” had joined him in his quest to eradicate the Danes. Throughout the first fifteen rounds, their quest was exceptionally successful as they led by 13-2 at the break.

Heroic took three rounds out of the break, but that was all they were able to take before everything was said and done. ENCE won Mirage 16-5 and are headed to the Grand Final.

Yesterday ENCE took down the giants of FaZe. Today they took down titans of Vitality. 23-year old Pavle "Maden" Bošković from Montenegro has been a member of ENCE for less than two months, but his impact is already massive. His performance today was eye-opening, especially on Dust2 where he was clearly the best performer on the server. If he and his team keep up this high level we could easily be looking at ENCE as the 1st seed in Group B.

The Finns from ENCE are off to a flying start at ESL Pro League Season 15 with the team going up 2-0 in Group B. First, it was the reigning IEM Katowice winners from FaZe falling short to Marco “Snappi” Pfeiffer’s men, and today it was Vitality’s turn.

With two impressive 16-8 and 16-11 victories on Mirage and Dust2, ENCE managed to upset the France-based team through a masterclass performance by the captain and in-game leader in Snappi. The 31-year-old veteran seemed to have an answer for the majority of Vitality’s calls and strats.

The victory sends ENCE on top of the group, before the last two matchups today in FURIA vs Sprout and Outsiders vs FaZe.

Pavle "maden" Bošković will be the last member for ENCE’s CS:GO roster going into the 2022 season, the Finnish organization confirm on Twitter. The former FunPlus Phoenix rifler is set to fill out the void after the recent benching of Joonas “doto” Forss.

The confirmation comes after weeks of [link:{"url":"https://pley.gg/news/media-strong-fpx-rifler-will-ences-new-fifth/","isNewTab":true,"text":"rumours "}]sending the 23-year-old towards ENCE to strengthen their team and firepower on the lineup.

Head Coach at ENCE, Eetu “sAw” Saha is very pleased with the signing of maden - A player he already has trained, with the 23-year-old standing in for ENCE back at IEM Winter last year. 

- We are very excited to bring maden into the team! We already had a brief encounter with him at IEM Winter and he left a good first impression. Maden is a social and easy-going guy who gets along well with the team. Also, he brings in a lot of firepower and aggression, which can help elevate our play for the upcoming season! Rolewise, there will be some changes to make maden comfortable and make the team function better, sAw stated.

The proud Finns from ENCE recently benched their very last Finnish roster member, Joonas "doto" Forss, solidifying their status as an international team even more. However, ENCE has reportedly already a replacement ready.

The French media outlet state to have sources telling them that the 23-year-old Montenegrin will join the organization for the upcoming 2022 season.

made and the rest of FunPlus Phoenix roster were benched back in November last year after a lacklustre period following the transfer from GODSENT. In the end, the Chinese organization lost faith in the project and decided to depart the CS:GO scene for now.   

The Finns from ENCE will once again be eligible to play with their in-game leader and captain Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer, the organization confirm on Twitter. Earlier this week, it was informed that the 31-year-old Dane weren’t able to travel with the team to IEM Winter 2021, due to being tested positive for Covid-19.

However, after having presented multiple negative PCR tests, Snappi has travelled to Stockholm where he will join the rest of the team for the rest of the tournament. His first test will be against the Swedes from Fnatic at 13:30 (CET), where he and ENCE will fight for their survival at the $250.000 event.

- I have been able to travel to Sweden today, as my PCR tests started being negative, on top of that I have had 0 symptoms for almost a week. Awaiting the ESL test now praying I won’t get a false positive, Snappi writes on Twitter.

In his absence, Pavle "⁠Maden⁠" Bošković from FunPlus Phoenix played with ENCE in the opening round against Virtus.pro yesterday, where the Russians ended up on top in the BO1 clash.

ENCE's chances at IEM Winter took a massive hit today, as their in-game leader Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer had to withdraw from the tournament after a positive Covid-19 test.

In his place ENCE will field the transferlisted Pavle "maden" Bošković from FunPlus Phoneix. The Montenegrin has been allowed to play at the event, where ENCE will start out with a match against Virtus.pro.

In just 10 months since acquiring the previous GODSENT CS:GO roster, FPX have pulled out of the CS:GO esports scene completely, stating "limitations and difficulties during their remote management" as one reason for their decision. In those 10 months, FPX have had several ups and downs but ultimately failed to find any footing of success in the tournaments they played in. 

Their best result was a 9th-12th place finish in ESL Pro League Season 13 which netted them $25,000 USD.  Inspecting their other results, they are a mix of different looks in qualifiers, too few games and too many disappointing finishes in vital tournaments. 

This is now the second time that FPX have joined and left the CS:GO scene. Their first time was in 2020 when their signing of then Heroic would fail to materialize. 

It was confirmed in a [link:{"url":"https://youtu.be/rWLJoiHyz84","isNewTab":true,"text":"youtube video"}] uploaded by STYKO that the players are still under contract, but it is possible that one of them may already be on the way out as a report from [link:{"url":"https://draft5.gg/noticia/astralis-tem-interesse-em-farlig-awper-da-funplus-phoenix","isNewTab":true,"text":"Draft5"}] indicates that Astralis may be exploring the possibility of acquiring the 22-year-old Dane, Asger “Farlig” Jensen to their lineup.

The Balkan states hold a rich history in Counter-Strike, especially in the early days when 1.6 was at its peak. A Bulgarian squad called Gplay.bg was the first real Balkan organization to compete against some of the world’s most elite teams in the early days of CS:GO. This team contained most of the previous players of HeadShotBG, who for years were considered the best Balkan team and without a doubt the best in Bulgaria. Throughout the years more talents from the Balkans emerged out on the big stage and cemented their name in the history of CS:GO. 

The best example is G2’s superstar Nikola “NiKo” Kovac. The Bosnian beast has been considered one of the best players in the world for several years now, renowned for some of the sharpest first-bullet aim of anyone in the game. Even playing alongside some of the game’s legends, NiKo has always stood out as the primary carry on his teams. NiKo has featured five times on HLTV.org’s ‘Top 20 Players of the Year’, with his best placement being back in 2016 where he finished as the world’s second-best player.

NiKo is a big inspiration for many players in the Balkans as he has won six MVP medals, multiple LAN tournament titles, and got top-three finishes in the player ranking. But NiKo isn’t the only player from Balkan who has become a well-known name in CS:GO. His cousin Nemanja “huNter-“ Kovac made his way into high tier Counter-Strike when NiKo was breaking records for the highest buyouts. The 25-year-old became known because of his talent that shined through, alongside his long-time partner Nemanja “nexa” Isakovic. The three mentioned players who currently are playing together in G2, a Balkan-majority squad, are also kicking off our Balkan All-Star team. 

The three Balkan teammates from G2 are to find on our Balkan All-Star team, featuring the best players from Southeastern Europe. For the AWP role, we have picked Valentin “poizon” Vasilev from Bulgaria who is considered one of the fastest draws in the West. After exploding onto the scene with Windigo Gaming, the youngster landed a spot on Complexity’s Juggernaut squad and is currently one of CS’s most lethal marksmen. Pavle “Maden” Boskovic concludes the team and will serve as a rifler. Just two years ago, the 22-year-old was playing for a top-200 team, and it’s fair to say that he was a no-namer on the international stage. But today, the Montenegrin star has been a driving force behind GODSENT’s climb into the top 20. On Monday it was announced that Maden, alongside his former teammates in GODSENT, joined the new FunPlus Phoenix roster.
