The trio of Maciej "⁠F1KU⁠" Miklas, Nemanja "⁠nexa⁠" Isaković, and Iulian "⁠regali⁠" Harjă will continue on OG, who has been active on the transfermarket to complete their lineup for the second part of the season.

Dion "FASHR" Derksen (FNATIC) and Nils "k1to" Gruhne (BIG) joins the roster, where Maciej "⁠F1KU⁠" Miklas is the only surviving player from the lineup that played at the Paris Major.

Nemanja "⁠nexa⁠" Isaković will return to the roster after having spent time off since the start of the year, while AWP'er Iulian "⁠regali⁠" Harjă's stand-in performance at IEM Dallas was enough to convince the management of OG to continue the partnership with the Romanian, who was on a free transfer after Copenhagen Flames went bankrupt earlier this year.

After fnatic’s loss in the elimination match against Complexity, FASHR gave a post-match interview in which he candidly assessed the team’s performance at IEM Katowice. In an honest and self-referential manner, FASHR stated that the tournament was by far the worst he and his team have played together and also the worst individual tournament for him.

FASHR felt that he could have had a greater impact on the tournament, but instead made “stupid mistakes” that ultimately played a part in fnatic’s early elimination. Despite the disappointment, FASHR remains optimistic about the future, stating that he and the rest of the team needs to mentally reset before the next Pro League event.

fnatic’s Major debutant Dion “FASHR” Derksen gave Pley.gg an interview after he and the rest of the squad got eliminated from the IEM Rio Major 2022 with a 0-2 loss against Outsiders, to discuss their surprise run in the event, his thoughts on what will happen to fnatic in the future, their next event which is the Elisa Masters Espoo in Finland, and why there are not more players from the Benelux countries at the top tier of CS:GO.

FASHR was the only player from the Netherlands at the IEM Rio Major, and while he’s enjoying great support from back home, many people are wondering why there are not more top-tier CS:GO players from there. We asked the fnatic rifler the exact question.

The last bo1 matches of IEM Rio ended with wins for Fnatic and Outsiders.

Outsiders had to work hard in the CIS derby against Team Spirit. The match was incredibly close on Dust2, where it all came down to round 30 to determine the winner.

Here Outsiders showed their nerve and kept calm to seal the win. MVP was the silent killer Dzhami "Jame" Ali, who both called well and played an outstanding individual game.

Fnatic was blown out of the server yesterday against Heroic. But today it was William 'mezii' Merriman and his men dealing out punches. The receiver was ENCE, who had an overall off-day on Nuke. Fnatic won the first half 9-6 before breaking ENCE in the second half leaving only one round win to Snappi’s troops. ENCE looked uncomfortable and without a great gameplan against Fnatic, who won 16-7 to go 2-1 up at the Legends Stage.

ENCE now falls down to the dangerous 1-2 bracket, where teams such as NAVI, Vitality, and potentially FaZe are waiting!

The 26-year-old Fnatic player is playing the game like no one else. Sometimes we talk about people playing with their hands in a different way, but this time. The Fnatic rifler is playing the game with a vertical axis for aiming.

Despite being a great Counter-Strike player, you could have your doubts when you see these settings and keybinds.

On Overpass the situation quickly got dire for Aurora, who was tasked with the job of taking on Fnatic in the first round of Group A. On their T-side, the CIS roster found themselves behind 14-1 with a mountain to climb in the second half.

Fnatic made a short process after the break to give the EU roster an optimal start to their journey towards the Rio Major. Fnatic could also rejoice in seeing Dion "FASHR" Derksen back in shape with an excellent map.

26 year-old Dion "FASHR" Derksen will join, Freddy "⁠KRIMZ⁠" Johansson, William "⁠mezii⁠" Merriman, Nico "⁠nicoodoz⁠" Tamjidi, and Fredrik "⁠roeJ⁠" Jørgensen on the Fnatic roster. The deal was made public today on Twitter.

For fans of Fnatic, the transfer is hopefully the last of 2022 after a year to forget for the legendary Organization. Six players have come and gone in this year alone to underline the hectic and chaotic season. FASHR will replace Ludvig "HEAP" Alonso, who was the last player to be tried out before the completion of the roster.

Dion "FASHR" Derksen has played for ECSTATIC since its launch in November 2021. Before that, the Dutchman represented Lyngby Vikings, Budapest Five, and Endpoint.

On HLTV's Confirmed, Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer talked about who ENCE had set their eyes on at the start of the year, where the team had to find a replacement for Joonas "doto" Forss.

During the interview, Snappi was asked about the selection of their new fifth member of the roster.

- The different names was Josef "faveN" Baumann, Adam “NEOFRAG” Zouhar, Pavle "maden" Bošković, and Dion "FASHR" Derksen. Those were the four names that were in the discussion. Some of them were not possible. With NEOFRAG, SINNERS just denied him to go. faveN went to BIG. I am not really sure we had a priority list, but I am just happy that we ended up getting Maden in the end.

After Maden's entry on ENCE, the team had made deep runs in ESL Pro League Season 15, PGL Antwerp, and IEM Dallas, and is currently ranked third in the world.

Bad News Eagles and ECSTATIC took to the server for a chance to go to the semi-final at Pinnacle Cup IV. On paper, the Eagles were the favorites but ECSTATIC proved themselves in a big way.

ECSTATIC took the opening pistol round of the Eagles' pick of Dust2. The fun didn't last long though, as BNE only allowed them to take three more rounds throughout the entire game. It was almost not surprising that ECSTATIC only managed to take four rounds, seeing as "juanflatroo" and "sinnopsyy" were absolutely devastating them.

The second map of Vertigo was somehow even more one-sided than Dust2, but this time it was ECSTATIC who did the damage. "birdfromsky" started out very hot, and was soon accompanied by star player "FASHR" who played lights-out throughout the entire game. Noone from the Eagles really found their usual high individual level, which resulted in one measly round at the end of the map.

After that devastating loss on Vertigo, "juanflatroo" was once again ready to take the heads off of the ECSTATIC players. He led them to a 6-1 T side start, but suddenly they had their momentum broken by back-to-back aces, first from "XELLOW" and then from "FASHR". ECSTATIC pulled some rounds back before the break but were definitely not happy as they were down by one round at halftime.

After being down at the half, ECSTATIC pulled a rabbit out of the hat and started the second half with a six-round streak. They kept up the good play and by way of some great calls and "FASHR" doing what he does best, ECSTATIC took down the Eagles while only allowing them 4 CT rounds.

Entropiq had the first pick of maps, and with it, they chose Overpass where they would start on the T-side. It started out well for Entropiq who were able to take the first two rounds. The rest of the half was a convincing display from ECSTATIC who were able to take ten rounds in the first half, by way of multiple great retakes and amazing reads that forced Entropiq to save. And if they had none of those there was always "FASHR" who had a great CT-side performance and almost single-handedly won several rounds.

The second half turned things up and down. The CIS-squad was now on the more comfortable CT-side, and they took a dominating nine rounds in a row to start the half, two of which featured two huge quad-kills from "Krad". ECSTATIC were finally able to break the Entropiq's hot streak after removing star AWP'er "El1an" early on. The ECSTATIC side were not allowed more than that, and Entropiq took map one of Overpass at 16-11.

With their map pick, Ecstatic chose Vertigo, the same pick they made when the teams played against each other on day one of the tournament. Back then Entropiq took the win in double overtime, but that did not deter “birdfromsky” and his team.

Ecstatic started the out dominating on the T-side, taking a fast 6-0 lead. Entropiq were able to answer back taking four of the next five rounds, looking to at least go positive on their CT-side, but a well-coordinated Ecstatic team made sure that did not happen. The halftime score was 10-5 in favor of Ecstatic.

ECSTATIC continued their dominance on the CT-side, showing why they picked this map, even though they lost it the last time. Entropiq only managed to win one round in the second half, and the well-oiled Vertigo-machine of ECSTATIC took the victory at 16-6.

The map left over as the decider was Ancient, and after a knife-round win ECSTATIC chose to start on the CT-side.

The map started out very gritty with the teams trading close rounds back and forth. Entropiq carried by consistently great entries from “Lack1”, and ECSTATIC led by crazy plays from IGL “birdfromsky”. The Danish org. were able to break the economy of Entropiq halfway through the first half and strung together seven rounds in a row to take a 10-2 lead. Entropiq were able to take one more round but had to go to halftime with a disappointing 12-3 scoreline.

It looked like ECSTATIC would close it out fast as they went up 14-3, but that is when Entropiq woke up. Led by magnificent holds from “Lack1” and great reads from “NickelBack”, Entropiq were able to come all the way back and pull the game into overtime.

Entropiq were able to complete the comeback, and took the win in overtime at 19-17, thus eliminating ECSTATIC from Funspark ULTI 2021 Finals.

The former Lyngby Vikings team ECSTATIC has been a big positive surprise at Funspark Ulti 2021 Finals. Though the team lost their opening round against Entropiq, the Danish/Dutch/American roster has looked solid in the lower bracket.

In today’s match against K23, ECSTATIC won 2-0 after a very impressive performance.

On K23 map pick, Ancient, the underdogs managed to swing the match in their favor after trailing 9-6 at the break. The duo Adam 'WolfY' Andersson and Dion 'FASHR' Derksen was again proving their worth, while in-game leader Thomas 'birdfromsky' Due-Frederiksen showed an excellent T-side to steal the map away from K23.

Inferno was next up. Here Dion 'FASHR' Derksen again showed up big time in a very one-sided affair. ECSTATIC smashed through the defense of K23 in the first half taking a gigantic 13-2 lead into the second half. It didn’t help the CIS team, that they five times lost a round after being at least 2vs1 in the end in the first half alone.

K23 managed to win a couple of rounds in the second half, but the outcome of the match was never in doubt. Now ECSTATIC will face either Entropiq again or Astralis, as the two teams battle it out in the other lower semi-finals match at Funspark Ulti Finals.

The series began on the always-exciting Inferno, which once again delivered big time in today’s matchup. It was ECSTATIC who started in the lead, as they established a strong CT side where Complexity struggled heavily to find holes in ECSTATIC’s defence.

However, one 10-5 half was followed by another 10-5 half – this time it was Complexity’s turn to present a stellar CT side, sending the map to overtime. Here ECSTATIC showed great character by bringing home the map victory with a 22-20 score. 

The North Americans didn’t manage to turn things around on their own map pick of Nuke with especially Dion “FASHR” Derksen being a massive problem for Complexity. The ECSTATIC Dutchmen outplayed his opponents round after round, continuing his impressive individual levels from map 1 where he got no more than 44 kills.

In the end, FASHR’s heroics mixed with the great calling by Thomas “birdfromsky” Due-Frederiksen led ECSTATIC to the overall win through a 16-10 win on Nuke.

Dion "FASHR" Derksen from Lyngby Vikings is clearly a mastermind. Something he demonstrated in a match yesterday at FunSpark ULTI Regionals, where the Dutch rifler was situated in a tough 1v1 clutch on Ancient against AGO. In the clutch, FASHR threw a HE grenade in front of the bombsite to create a small cloud of smoke, which he used to outduel his opponent. Budapest Five has added a new player to their roster, with the Hungarians having acquired Dion "FASHR" Derksen on a permanent transfer, the organizations confirm on Twitter. The 25-year-old rifler has been playing on a trial for the current #86 team in the world, however, FASHR is now an official member on the roster. 

- We are happy to announce that FASHR has officially joined the BP5 CS:GO squad! During the trial phase, he showed great capability and became an important key to the team's success.

Throughout the majority of 2021, FASHR has represented the Danes from Lyngby Vikings where he's averaged a 1.07 Rating while playing together with the likes of Niels Christian "NaToSaPhiX" Sillassen and Thomas "birdfromsky" Due Frederiksen. The Dutch player and the Vikings didn't succeed in winning a title together, despite an impressive showing at Shadow League Season 1, where they lost to Sinners in the Grand Final.

Yesterday three new Danish players were announced to join the active roster, and today the Organization has released their three foreign players.

Lyngby Vikings are ready for the Grand Final at Shadow League Season 1, following their impressive comeback win against HellRaisers in the first of two semifinals. 

Lyngby Vikings, who have the profiled loanee Niels Christian “NaToSaphiX” Sillassen on their current roster, has done well since the start of 2021, continued their solid momentum as they take down HellRaisers in a thrilling 2-1 victory. 

It looked like Lyngby Vikings were done and dusted, with the Danes being down 10-5 in the decider on Inferno, just having lost an OT-thriller on Dust2. However, NaToSaphiX and company showed great character and persistence by putting up a strong fight at the end, and when things mattered the most. Something, which ended up as an impressive 16-13 victory, and therefore also a Grand Final ticket.

Valhalla is going official and will play under the name until they find an organization to represent. The team has its core in long-time teammates Michał “mono” Gabszewicz, Oskar “oskarish” Stenborowski, and Daniel “STOMP” Płomiński, who played together in the period 2018-2020.

For the remaining two spots, the Polish core added a Dutch duo with the names Thijs “relax” Izaks and Dion “FASHR” Derksen who previously represented the same team together for the last year and a half.

The captain of the team spoke in an interview with HLTV.org about the creation of the roster.

“We came up to create a European roster after we met with failure trying to find the missing puzzles in Poland. I wrote to FASHR after I saw that he is looking for a team, he recommended his teammates relax, and we came to the conclusion that it is worth to play together for some time and give it a shot.” oskarish told.

The team has already won a 100-team single elimination bracket over 100pinggods in the fourth ESEA Autumn Cash cup.

Valhalla’s roster is looking for an organization to represent. “All of us are going full-time and we are ready to give everything for the game we can from our hearts. I know that we have a lot to offer.” oskarish said.
